The San Diego Convention Center is the premier gathering place for life-changing events. The Procurement and Contracts department relies on the business community to provide our facility with best-valued goods and services through competitive procurement processes to successfully keep our beautiful building one of the best in the nation.  

To achieve this, the Procurement and Contracts department works with vendors, suppliers, construction contractors, architects, project facilitators, and more. 

Where to Start: PlanetBids

Beginning in mid-December 2025, all bid and proposal opportunities will be posted on PlanetBids, an e-bidding platform, and use all appliable NAICS codes to reach a wide range of vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Register on PlanetBids to ensure you receive all applicable opportunities.
