For downtown/coastal San Diego, the heaviest rainfall was anticipated between Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning, February 5-6. As of February 7, there aren't any significant rain-related issues impacting the San Diego Convention Center. We will continue to monitor forecasts to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests.
Based on the latest forecasts for our location, the rain during the week of February 5 is not expected to be as intense as the storm we experienced on January 22. During that historic January 22 storm, the San Diego Convention Center remained open for event activity during and immediately after the rain.
