Regular full-time employees working a minimum of 40 hours per week and Variable Hour Employees working an average of 30 hours per week in a twelve-month measurement period are eligible to participate in a benefits program. Holidays are only applicable to staff covered under a Collective Bargaining Unit (CBA) and full-time employees. Other benefits, such as paid time off and discounted parking, are available to all employees.
