#NoFilterNeeded: The San Diego Convention Center's Top Photo Ops

Posting pictures on social media is now a regular part of the convention experience, and the San Diego Convention Center offers many iconic locations, with its waterfront location, distinguishing architecture and sunny skies.

Ready to rack up those likes & shares? Here are the most popular convention center photo ops we see you posting on social media. Tag us @SDConventionCtr on Twitter and Instagram and we may end up sharing your photo.

The Grand Staircase

The 100 stairs of our grand staircase are a great spot for a picture, whether it's a selfie on the steps or a panoramic view of downtown from the top. It's also a common choice for getting a good workout!

A Waterfront Convention Center

A jealousy-inducing San Diego photo, the view from the Upper Level Terrace is breath-taking any time of day.

The Portal

A favorite among attendees, they have fondly dubbed these columns of barreled-glass windows "The Portal." This photo was taken from the escalator in Lobby D.

Hall H

The hall signs and the wave-shaped overhangs of the front drive make a great photo for showing off your arrival at an event on social media.

Plaza Park and Public Art

Right outside of Hall H is Plaza Park, featuring the eye-catching sculpture "Coming Together" by Niki de Saint Phalle.

One of the reasons that our facility is so often photographed is because of its iconic architecture. To learn more, about what makes us so unique, we invite you to glance through our facility guide. Perhaps you may want to bring your meeting, gala or event here someday!
